The itinerary below is a suggested travel plan. Driving times are approximate and may change because of traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions and pilgrim movement.
Day 1: Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun to Guptkashi or Sitapur
Approximate journey: 8–10 hours, depending on the pickup point and road conditions
Meet our driver at your selected pickup point in Haridwar, Rishikesh or Dehradun and begin your Do Dham Yatra towards Guptkashi.
Travel through the beautiful Garhwal Himalayan region while following the Alaknanda and Mandakini river valleys. En route, visit Devprayag Sangam, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet to form the holy River Ganga.
Continue towards Rudraprayag, another important confluence where the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers meet. Comfortable meal and refreshment breaks will be arranged at suitable locations during the journey.
Subject to available time and road conditions, you may also visit Maa Dhari Devi Temple, a highly revered temple situated on the banks of the Alaknanda River.
On arrival at Guptkashi, Sitapur or Sersi, check in at the hotel. Enjoy dinner and rest before the next morning’s journey to Kedarnath.

Dinner and overnight stay: Guptkashi/Sitapur/Sersi
Day 2: Guptkashi or Sitapur to Kedarnath Dham
Travel options: Trek, pony, palki or pre-booked helicopter
Wake up early and prepare for the journey to Kedarnath Dham. Depending on your travel arrangement, proceed towards Sonprayag or the confirmed helicopter departure point.
Kedarnath Journey by Trek
Drive from the hotel to Sonprayag. Private tourist vehicles are normally allowed only up to the designated parking area. From Sonprayag, continue to Gaurikund using the locally operated shared-jeep service at your own expense.
Begin the mountain trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath. The trek is long and steep, so travellers should start early and walk at a comfortable pace. Pony, palki and porter services may be arranged locally at personal expense and are subject to official availability.
Carry warm clothing, rain protection, drinking water, prescribed medicines and only essential luggage during the trek.
Kedarnath Journey by Helicopter
Travellers holding confirmed helicopter tickets will be transferred to the designated helipad according to the reporting time mentioned on the ticket.
Helicopter services operate from selected locations such as Phata, Sersi or Guptkashi, depending on the aviation company. Tickets are not included unless specifically mentioned in the written package quotation.
All helicopter operations remain subject to weather, visibility, aviation regulations and operational approval. Flight delays or cancellations are possible in the Himalayan region.
Arrival at Kedarnath
After reaching Kedarnath, check in at the allotted hotel, guest house or camp. Rest for some time before visiting Kedarnath Temple.
Seek the blessings of Lord Shiva and attend the evening darshan or aarti, depending on the temple schedule and queue conditions. Spend some peaceful time in the spiritual surroundings of the Kedarnath valley.
Important: Accommodation in Kedarnath is basic because of the remote location and limited infrastructure.

Overnight stay: Kedarnath
Day 3: Kedarnath Darshan and Return to Guptkashi
Wake up early and visit Kedarnath Temple for morning darshan. The peaceful morning atmosphere, temple bells and surrounding Himalayan peaks create a deeply spiritual experience.
After darshan, you may visit nearby sacred places such as Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi and Bhairavnath Temple, subject to your health, available time, weather and accessibility.
Return to the accommodation, have breakfast if included and check out.
Return by Trek
Begin the downhill trek from Kedarnath to Gaurikund. Although the return journey is downhill, travellers should walk carefully because the stone-paved route may be slippery or crowded.
After reaching Gaurikund, take a local shared jeep to Sonprayag. Meet the assigned driver at the confirmed meeting point.
Because of traffic and parking restrictions around Sonprayag, the driver may be waiting at a designated parking location. Keep the driver’s contact number available and follow the communicated meeting instructions.
Return by Helicopter
Travellers with confirmed return helicopter tickets should report at the Kedarnath helipad at the stated time. After landing at the designated helipad, meet the driver and continue to the hotel.
Arrive at Guptkashi, Sitapur or Sersi and check in. Enjoy dinner and take proper rest after completing the Kedarnath journey.

Dinner and overnight stay: Guptkashi/Sitapur/Sersi
Day 4: Guptkashi to Badrinath
Approximate journey: 7–10 hours, depending on the route and road conditions
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the scenic journey towards Badrinath Dham.
The operating route will be selected according to current road conditions, traffic restrictions and local government instructions. During the journey, enjoy beautiful views of Himalayan villages, terraced fields, forests and river valleys.
Travel through important mountain towns and confluence areas while proceeding towards Joshimath. Stop for meals and refreshments at suitable places along the route.
If time and accessibility permit, visit Narsingh Temple in Joshimath. The temple is dedicated to Lord Narsingh and is closely associated with Badrinath Dham. You may also visit Shankaracharya Math if sufficient time is available.
Continue the drive towards Badrinath. On arrival, check in at the hotel and freshen up.
In the evening, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan and attend the evening aarti, subject to the temple’s operating schedule and queue conditions.

Dinner and overnight stay: Badrinath
Day 5: Badrinath Darshan, Mana Village and Drive to Pipalkoti or Rudraprayag
Wake up early and visit Badrinath Temple for morning darshan. Pilgrims may visit Tapt Kund before entering the temple, subject to local rules, health conditions and accessibility.
Seek the blessings of Lord Badrivishal and spend some peaceful time around the temple complex.
After darshan, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Continue for local sightseeing around Badrinath.
Visit Mana Village, located close to the Indo-Tibetan border region. Explore important mythological and cultural attractions in and around the village.

Depending on the selected route and time, you may pass through or briefly stop near Vishnuprayag, Nandprayag and Karnaprayag.
Reach the hotel by evening, check in and relax.

Dinner and overnight stay: Pipalkoti/Rudraprayag
Day 6: Pipalkoti or Rudraprayag to Rishikesh, Haridwar or Dehradun
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the return journey towards your selected drop point.
Travel through the river valleys and mountain towns of Uttarakhand. Stop for meals, refreshments and photography at suitable places along the route.
Visit Devprayag Sangam, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet and continue as the holy River Ganga. Spend some time viewing the sacred confluence before continuing the journey.
If time and traffic conditions permit, brief sightseeing in Rishikesh may be included. You may visit important places such as Ram Jhula, the Ganga riverfront or a nearby temple, depending on your final drop location and available time.
Continue towards Haridwar, Rishikesh or Dehradun. The driver will drop you at the confirmed hotel, railway station, bus stand or airport.
Your Do Dham Yatra concludes with the divine blessings of Lord Kedarnath and Lord Badrinath and unforgettable memories of the Garhwal Himalayas.
